Installation Process

Step 1
We discuss how the Ada garage operates, then examine the concrete, existing coatings, visible damage, moisture concerns, access, and intended finish. Step 2
Mechanical diamond grinding removes weak surface material and creates the profile required for adhesion. It also gives us a clearer view of the concrete than a quick wash or light scuffing would provide.

Step 3
After grinding, cracks, pits, and damaged areas can be assessed in the prepared surface. We address the repairs included in the scope, while explaining that a repair improves the base but cannot promise concrete will never move again.

Step 4
The ready slab receives the selected basecoat. In our hybrid system, epoxy provides adhesion and build while compatible polyurea chemistry contributes the properties assigned to that layer and the conditions of the floor.

Step 5
When the selected design includes flake, decorative material is broadcast into the wet basecoat. Once the layer cures, loose material is removed and the surface is prepared for the final coat.

Step 6
The polyaspartic topcoat finishes the selected garage system and creates the surface you will live with. We review the work, discuss care and access expectations, and make the handoff clear before the room returns to use.
