Installation Process

Step 1

Step 2
We turn that walkthrough into a practical scope. Step 3
Diamond grinding removes unsuitable surface material and creates the profile needed for the selected coating layers. We work through edges, transitions, residue, and dust control as part of the preparation plan. The process improves the bonding surface and exposes conditions for review; it is not a promise to level the slab or fix structural movement.

Step 4
Preparation gives us a clearer view of cracks, spalls, joints, pits, contamination, and remnants of previous coatings. We identify the repair work included in the scope before finish layers are applied and explain findings that need a separate decision. Repairs improve the prepared base, while existing movement and slab behavior remain part of the expectation.

Step 5
With the surface ready, we install the specified compatible sequence: an epoxy basecoat where adhesion and build are needed, an optional decorative flake or texture broadcast, and a polyurea topcoat where its role fits the use. Each layer is chosen in relation to traffic, exposure, cleaning, appearance, and the facility's maintenance expectations.

Step 6
Before equipment and regular traffic resume, we inspect the finished surface and discuss edges, transitions, cure or return-to-use expectations, cleaning, and routine care. If the project is staged around active operations, the handoff also clarifies which areas are ready and how the owner should manage access as the facility returns to its normal rhythm.
