Step 3
After preparation exposes the working surface, cracks, pits, spalls, and damaged areas can be evaluated for the repair work included in the plan. We also keep moisture in view. Repair improves the prepared base, but concrete movement remains a condition to discuss honestly.

Step 4
The selected basecoat is applied to prepared concrete after the scope is understood. In our hybrid approach, epoxy can provide adhesion and build as a purposeful layer. The material choice follows the slab and the system design, not a general claim that one chemistry belongs everywhere.

Step 5
When a decorative flake finish fits the project, flakes are broadcast across the wet basecoat to create the selected visual texture and coverage. This step is optional, and the blend is chosen with the room's appearance, cleaning habits, and planned topcoat in mind.

Step 6
A compatible topcoat completes the planned system and establishes the final surface. Polyurea or polyaspartic may have a role depending on the recommendation. We finish by reviewing access, care, and use expectations so the handoff is clear.
